Spend a day in beautiful Thornham Walks, Suffolk. Explore drawing structures of trees in black and white and in colour using materials of your own choice including pencil, charcoal, chalk pastel and oil pastel with Art teacher Zangmo Alexander. There will be a choice of activity depending on your interests and previous experience. By the end of the day you should have more awareness of how to approach drawing tree structure and light from observation in both B&W and colour.

Beginners and more experienced students are welcome. Numbers will be limited to 6, to ensure plenty of individual attention.

Restaurant, WC and disabled access are available. There is plenty for non-participating partners or friends to do for the day, should they wish to accompany you.

Lunch: Either bring your own lunch and refreshments or you can buy lunch and drinks in the restaurant.

Foul weather: If it is raining heavily we will draw plants from life or trees from photographs indoors at Zangmo's house.
